Support each service user in maintaining their personal cleanliness, general hygiene, and look as per individual care plans.
Assist in the creation of review reports, as well as to show up for reviews and other meetings as necessary.
Assist each person in selfbehaviour management using the techniques and strategies that have been approved.
Assist in drafting risk assessments, care plans, and behaviour support plans as requested. Make all possible efforts to protect each person from any abuse from guests or other service users.
To create and maintain accurate reports when necessary,
To maintain written or computer records for monitoring like IMS, safe guarding, notifying to the CQC, Informing clinical team, police, management and family as well.

Person specification:

You should have atleast 2 years of experience in the same industry.
Ability to communicate routine information that requires tact and persuasive skills, or where there may be barriers to understanding.
Ability to organise own time and workload and cope with occasional lastminute changes
Demonstrate motivation, reliability and commitment to team working and the development of others.
Excellent communication skills
