Work Pattern: 37 hours per week

A new opportunity has become available for full time administration assistant to provide administrative support for the allocations team over a busy period.


Main tasks and duties -

  • Assist the allocations team to make the best use of our homes whether through housing registers, mutual exchange, transfers, decants and under occupation.
  • Provide an effective administrative support to the team.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to internal and external customers, taking into account their individual circumstances, so they receive a genuine and positive experience.
  • Deliver an excellent service to our customers, answering queries and directing requests where appropriate to team members.
  • Continuously improve the service by self monitoring, keeping records and administration up to date.

Essential Criteria:


  • Confident in learning and using inhouse bespoke systems.
  • 12 months experience in an office environment including proven experience of competently dealing with enquires, managing filing systems, data input, collating and presenting data, telephone answering and written correspondence.
  • Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision and to work as part of a team
