Description

Farnborough International is looking to strengthen its world class team by recruiting a Space Planning Coordinator.

You will assist the team to deliver space planning services to Farnborough Internationals business and provide administrative support to the Flight Operations team.

Working closely with the Flight Operations and Space Planning Manager, you will support and assist with all aspects of Space Planning and Flight Operations coordination.

You will provide CAD planning and mapping services to the Aerospace Events, Operations, Event management and Facilities Management teams.

You will have strong administrative skills and support the flight operations team in planning the aircraft participation for Farnborough and Bahrain International Airshows.

You are to provide the highest level of service to customers, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every interaction.

The role directly reports to the Flight Operations and Space Planning Manager.

Strong technical competency & understanding
Precise with outstanding attention to detail
A fluent and excellent communicator at all levels
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Ability to be flexible and think on your feet when required
Personable and a good team player
Flexible attitude to working hours
Working knowledge of the following:
Microsoft office packages
AutoCAD (desirable training will be given)

The Salary & Benefits
Salary; £25 to £28K annually, depending on experience

Contract; Permanent, fulltime role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Location; Hybrid working

3 days in the Farnborough office and 2 days from home (optional)
