_Do you have an interest in Accounts and are looking to develop your career?_

  • We are recruiting an Administrator to join our Accounts department within the construction industry. You will provide support alongside a smooth and efficient service towards tasks within the team. You will be given the opportunity to support other areas of the company, as required to meet business needs. On occasion you may be required to cover reception duties._
  • Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organisation. To communicate effectively both verbally and written. Building rapport and strong working relationships internally. Ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered to a high quality within in a timely manner._
  • On the job training will be provided._

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday and Friday


Key responsibilities:


  • Cashbook maintenance
  • Processing high volume of invoices
  • Account reconciliation and payment
  • Resolution of invoice queries
  • Month end reporting

Requirements:


  • Ability to use a range of IT packages, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Educated to a National 5 level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work well within commercial teams and independently using own initiative
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Innovative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a _"can do"_ attitude

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

  • United Kingdom (required)
