The Exciting Opportunity

We are thrilled to invite a proactive and enthusiastic Process Operator to join our cutting-edge water treatment team at our state-of-the-art anaerobic digestion facility near Cambridge.

This role is crucial to driving our continued success and enhancing our stellar reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Operator, you will:

Lead Operational Excellence: Manage and maintain our industrial Anaerobic Digestion (AD) facility with precision and expertise.
Champion Safety: Promote Alpheus' health & safety policies, fostering a positive and proactive safety culture.
Hands-

On Maintenance:
Conduct both routine and complex mechanical and electrical inspections, repairs, fault finding, and maintenance.

Innovative Operations: Engage in plant operation duties including process monitoring, setpoint adjustments, sampling, laboratory testing, and more.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to and improve full life asset maintenance plans, driving efficiency and reliability.
Environmental Stewardship: Ensure compliance with environmental permits and optimize plant performance to maximize revenue generation.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic individual who:

Self-Starter: Is highly motivated with a vibrant can-do attitude.
Technical Expertise: Has a deep understanding of Anaerobic Digestion processes, electrical equipment, and/or holds relevant electrical qualifications.
Safety First: Exemplifies excellent health and safety practices.
Team Player: Demonstrates outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-Oriented: Possesses exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
Experience: Has practical knowledge of other water treatment assets and processes (preferred).
