We are a not-for-profit housing association dedicated to offering quality and affordable homes in the North of England.

With a portfolio of 5,000+ homes, we currently house 7,000+ customers across the North West, North East, Yorkshire and Derbyshire.

We're looking for someone who will be able to:

Lead the Neighbourhoods Operations finance service and take responsibility for the accounting of rent and service charge income and costs, customer operations administration costs and void loss analysis.
Provide Business Partnering Support to the Neighbourhoods, Customer Services and Leasehold teams to offer support, advice and deliver excellent and proactive financial information and analysis.
Act as the lead on the annual leasehold audit, working closely with external auditors.

We are a close-knit team of thirteen based at our great innovation Hub in Cheadle.

We're led by Debbie Noble, Group Executive Director - Finance & Corporate Services and as well as providing support to the organisation and our customers, we support each other too.
