Graduate Management Trainee:


Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in management? Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Graduate Management Trainee program in Newcastle.


As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of our business, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.

You will work closely with experienced managers and mentors who will provide guidance and support as you develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Compensation:
Guarantees start at £27,000 - £28,000


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the company's operations.
  • Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on potential solutions to problems.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for new employees.
  • Conduct research on current industry trends and best practices.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Graduate

Part-time hours: 35 per week


Salary:
£27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
