The focus of the role is to manage a small IT Business Analyst team and responsibilities include:

Overseeing all IT BA activities including the gathering and documenting of stakeholder requirements
Team management including objective setting, conducting onetoone's and formal reviews
Provide leadership, support and mentorship for Team members
Implement and mature the team's policies and processes
Build productive and collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external including a range of service and software vendors
Organise requirements gathering workshops, including both internal and external stakeholders
Adopt Agile and Waterfall processes and methods as appropriate
Support product roadmaps, solution design and validation against Business requirements
Assist with production of traceability matrices, test plans and quality assurance measures
Assist in Service Transition from project into BAU operations
