The role
What will I be doing?
- Acting as a leader, manager and mentor to extract the potential out of each individual team member
- Delivering the financial reporting that underpins the understanding and analysis of business performance that is used by the Group's boards, investors and senior leadership team, and managing the control environments and team processes that ensure the reliability and timeliness of production
- Influencing and supporting business performance to drive profitable growth
What will I bring to the role?

- Deep technical expertise across finance, accounting and taxes
- Strong influencing and communication skills to hold impactful conversations with senior stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, both data presentation and oral articulation
- Strong data handling skills to deliver clear, structured reporting and analysis from source systems
- Skills & experience:_
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience including operating in similar roles that have brought seniorlevel experience and exposure
- Experience of leading teams of 20+ colleagues, and delivery of high performance within those teams
- Strong skills in data and presentational tools including Excel and Powerpoint
- Contribution as a member of the Group's Senior Leadership Team
- Previous experience with mergers & acquisitions, plus knowledge of acquisition processes and integration
- Holder of a recognised professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
