Customer Service Advisor- Temporary to Permanent
Acorn is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, offering an opportunity to work with their market-leading client
The role is based in Thornbury and the company have free on-site parking available
The hours of work are:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
You will be taking in bound calls from mainly businesses but also some from the public and logging the information on the internal databases.
The calls will consist of customers placing orders, enquiries and some complaints as well.Benefits of the Customer Service role:
