  • Provide oneonone mentoring to children in various areas such as physical education, outdoor sport, in class and i the gym.
  • Create and implement individualised plans to address the specific needs and goals of each child.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor by demonstrating positive behaviors and effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for the child.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to mentoring strategies as needed.
  • Document observations, progress reports, and any significant changes or concerns.
'''Qualifications'''

  • Experience working with children in a mentoring or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis principles, special education strategies, and physical education activities/Sports Coaching.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Ability to adapt mentoring strategies based on individual needs and learning styles.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of progress reports and documentation.

From £15.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 27.5 per week

  • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

  • Sports coaching: 1 year (required)
