Provide oneonone mentoring to children in various areas such as physical education, outdoor sport, in class and i the gym.
Create and implement individualised plans to address the specific needs and goals of each child.
Foster a positive and nurturing environment that promotes growth and development.
Serve as a role model and mentor by demonstrating positive behaviors and effective communication skills.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for the child.
Monitor progress and make adjustments to mentoring strategies as needed.
Document observations, progress reports, and any significant changes or concerns.

'''Qualifications'''

Experience working with children in a mentoring or educational setting.
Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis principles, special education strategies, and physical education activities/Sports Coaching.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Ability to adapt mentoring strategies based on individual needs and learning styles.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Strong organizational skills to keep track of progress reports and documentation.
