We have a brilliant opportunity to join a large, growing Electrical - Mechanical engineering firm as a Business Admin Apprentice
:

As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will be responsible for answering calls, ordering stock, filling, scheduling appointments and so much more

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet and greet (Clients/customers)
Answer all telephone calls.
Scheduling appointments
Take in any deliveries.
Setting up purchase orders
Ordering of stationery
Filing / Scanning
Index dating
Maintaining organised files
Typing up NICIE Certificates/Training will be provided

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong literacy skills
