REQUIREMENT

We are embarking on a new exciting phase of expansion and seek a highly experienced Head of People to lead our Human Resources department and drive our company's people strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement HR strategies and programmes that align with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
Lead the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
Oversee employee development and training programsthat create opportunities for progression and growth.
Introduce measures to promote a progressive and inclusive culture that's in alignment with the organisation's values.
Develop an employee benefits and compensation structure that recognisesachievement and supports personal and organisational growth.
Manage employee relations and performance management issues
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all peoplerelated matters

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Relevant professional qualification in HR
Demonstrable experience in human resources management, including relevant time in a management level role
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives and programs
Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
Experience in a fastpaced, highgrowth company is a plus
