REQUIREMENT


We are embarking on a new exciting phase of expansion and seek a highly experienced Head of People to lead our Human Resources department and drive our company's people strategy.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programmes that align with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
  • Oversee employee development and training programsthat create opportunities for progression and growth.
  • Introduce measures to promote a progressive and inclusive culture that's in alignment with the organisation's values.
  • Develop an employee benefits and compensation structure that recognisesachievement and supports personal and organisational growth.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management issues
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all peoplerelated matters

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Relevant professional qualification in HR
  • Demonstrable experience in human resources management, including relevant time in a management level role
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives and programs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
  • Experience in a fastpaced, highgrowth company is a plus
