Our client, based in the North West
, is currently recruiting for a
Senior Procurement Officer on a temporarycontract for three months.

The position is a full time,
three month temporary contract and there is a possibility of a permanent role. The equivalent permanent salary is £40,000 and there is room for flexibility on the day rate.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Assisting with the shared services to deliver on all procurement activities
  • Work in partnership and build strong relationships with stakeholders as required
  • Provide general advice to stakeholders of varying areas, discussing and recommending on options for frameworks
  • Assist with drafting reviews, and the production of procurement documents
  • Have sound knowledge of Procurement Contract Regulations and public sector procurement

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Must have public sector experience, ideally Local Government
  • Working knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015

  • 37 hours per week

  • Friday 9am5pm
