Talented People are currently working with an extremely reputable manufacturing/Production firm to recruit a Production / Manufacturing Operative.

The Role:

7.30am to 4.30pm shift hours

To ensure continuous improvement and staff development all manufacturing operatives are trained in all aspects of the various areas of the manufacturing of the product to include:
Aluminium profile cutting, manufacturing and assembly.

Aluminium Packing

Glass packing

Despatch

The successful applicant:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing or product assembly environment.

Forklift experience (not essential but would be ideal).

Good communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to follow manufacturing schedules, measurements and technical drawings.

Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.

Ability to commute to Lingfield.

Good understanding of health & safety.

Willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge.

Hands -on.

Reliable and trustworthy.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.

Salary £11.44 per hour
