Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are working Housing Association in order to recruit a Rents and Service Charge Manager.

This community focussed organisation are in the process of a major development program and they are improving their finance resource in order toaid this growth within the company.

Role:

You will lead on all rents and service charges for the group.

Duties will include;

Leading the rent and service charge team while managing the preparation of the groups rent and service charge income and expenditure budgets
Managing the rent and service charge setting annually for all new lettings and tenures
Ensuring rent and service charge review notices are appropriately served on all tenants and lease holders
Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure all costs are correctly identified and income maximised
Creating service charge budgets for new developments
