Senior Finance Business Partner - Reading - £45,000 - £52,000 - Hybrid - Bonus & Car Allowance - ACCA/ACA/CIMA

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a key client of ours in the Reading area with their recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their large established FP&A team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading, globally renowned business with excellent progression opportunities up to Head Of / Director level roles.

The Senior Finance Business Partner role includes the following duties:

Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly management accounts and provide clear visibility of the financial health of the business.
Highlight and minimise key business risks through understanding of balance sheet position.
Understand and challenge current business practices and implement process improvements.
Business partner effectively with operational managers and provide support with cost control and cost management of various contract costs.
Work closely with senior management teams to provide high quality insight and drive business performance.
Develop and report KPI's that are vital to the overall business.
Provide forwardlooking insight using past experience, incorporating financial and business acumen.
Conduct contract profitability analysis and provide insight to operational teams on the potential risks and opportunities.
Management of a Finance Business Partner and assist in their professional development.
CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
Advanced Excel skills
Previous business partnering experience
Prior experience in working within a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior level stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to break down complex financial data
