Do you have payroll experience and are looking for a new position based in Watford. Working on behalf of a company that really care for their staff. A positive, enthusiastic working culture.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Assist with preparation and review of the biweekly and monthly payroll cycles
  • Monitor and respond to queries within the shared Payroll mailboxes.
  • Payroll related finance tasks including journals and balancing control accounts.
  • Raising BACs payments where required.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders
  • Payroll reconciliations including Apprenticeship Levy and Pension.
  • Be the first point of contact within the Payroll Team
  • Provide support with project activity as required. Preferred experience
To be successful in this post it is desirable to have:

  • Strong Attention to detail and desire to follow issues through to resolution.
  • Excellent communicator, building powerful relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A selfstarter with a strong desire for personal development.
