About this Role:

HR Advisor x 2

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide an efficient, effective and employee focused HR service.
Interpret and advise on employment legislation, ensuring our policies are routinely reviewed.
Support and enhance Safer Recruitment practices across the Trust.
Build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, employees, trade unions and external agencies, understanding the role they all play in our service delivery.
Contribute to employee data trends for key stakeholder meetings and reports.
Work with the HR team to ensure a proactive and effective approach to absence management.
Actively seek and identify opportunities to enhance our HR and wellbeing provision.
Contribute to the development of HR CPD for senior staff and managers across the Trust to ensure there is active participation in problemsolving casework.
Proactively assist senior leaders in handling their complex HR needs and problems through case and project management, including grievance, discipline, capability, appraisal, attendance management

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative, driven and committed HR practitioner to work within a high performing Central HR Team.

Whilst these are primarily full time positions, there is an opportunity for one position to be part time.
