About this Role:
HR Advisor x 2
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient, effective and employee focused HR service.
- Interpret and advise on employment legislation, ensuring our policies are routinely reviewed.
- Support and enhance Safer Recruitment practices across the Trust.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, employees, trade unions and external agencies, understanding the role they all play in our service delivery.
- Contribute to employee data trends for key stakeholder meetings and reports.
- Work with the HR team to ensure a proactive and effective approach to absence management.
- Actively seek and identify opportunities to enhance our HR and wellbeing provision.
- Contribute to the development of HR CPD for senior staff and managers across the Trust to ensure there is active participation in problemsolving casework.
- Proactively assist senior leaders in handling their complex HR needs and problems through case and project management, including grievance, discipline, capability, appraisal, attendance management
