We are currently recruiting for an enthusiasticCare Administrator to join an established Domiciliary Care provider in
Wellingborough.
You have the important role of managing administrative systems and processes to the highest standard to help the Registered Manager and the team to work safely and effectively, therefore _
previous experience is essential_
.
- Coordinate the effective function of the office;
- Keeping electronic and physical records up to date;
- Conducting initial assessments, risk assessments, develop personcentred care and support plans;
- Working with the care team to evaluate interventions and identify where and when further ones will be required;
- Document and report any issues to line manager;
- To communicate with confidence to the service user/coworkers and record information clearly;
- To be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Undertake the duties of the oncall phone when required, ensuring a detailed handover report is submitted;
- To schedule and attend regular team meetings;
- To prioritise and manage time effectively;
- To keep up to date with all mandatory training;
- Performs all tasks in compliance with the company policies/rules and procedures.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Care Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
