The South Bank Innovation team at London South Bank University is seeking to appoint a Research Assistant to support Simulation for Digital Health (SimDH) programme (SimDH Website), which is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.


About you

Exciting work you will do


Focusing on health technologies, this programme assists start-ups and small & medium sized businesses (SMEs) to develop innovative products and services and launch new health technology to market.

The programme offers support across a variety of digital health sub-sectors including wearables, mobile and telehealth, AI, immersive and assistive technology.

The Student Project Support role will have a unique opportunity to deliver projects under supervision by senior academics, working with digital health star

t-ups to maximise value and drive real change in the health tech space.


The skills and experience you will need to be successful


You will have the ability to take direction and deliver work under supervision by academics, as well as interacting with a variety of stakeholders.


You will demonstrate the ability to balance a varied workload to achieve specified project goals, including reports, within quality and time constraints.


Details about the role
This is a part time, fixed term position of 7 hours per week finishing on 30th August 2023


Please note that the University is operating a hybrid working model which means a mix of working on site and from home, confirmation of days worked on campus are arranged with the line manager.
