As the Global Technology Chief of Staff, you will play a key role as a member of the Global Technology Leadership Team and provide executive-level strategic support to the Chief Information Officer of AXA XL.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Serve as strategic business partner to and collaborator with the Chief Information Officer and the Global Technology Leadership Team
  • Lead diverse and global strategic activities in support of core objectives
  • Identify and execute on critical business change management initiatives across the organization. Track, measure and report on results and benefits. Engage, influence, and align stakeholders in support of Global Technology objectives. Provide timely counsel and key updates on critical initiatives requiring Chief Information Officer and Global Technology Leadership Team attention
  • Drive the Global Technology communication and marketing strategy; both internally and externally. Ensure messages align to the core claim objectives and are timely, effective, and delivered via diverse communication vehicles. Partner with Marketing and Communications
  • Plan and coordinate key stakeholder meetings including Leadership Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, Town Halls, offsites, etc. to ensure they are deliberate, relevant, and efficient
  • Collaborate with key constituents to develop and oversee executive level reporting

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and efficiently juggle numerous concurrent responsibilities.
  • Results Oriented: A keen ability to execute and deliver results. Approach tasks proactively and anticipate needs. Think quickly and have the flexibility to (re)prioritize multiple work streams/ projects/ tasks without sacrificing quality. Act with a sense of urgency. Understands and has experience in project management.
  • Continuous Improvement Focused: Willing to ask questions and explore innovative ideas. Eager to learn and focused on continuously improving technical skills.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide creative thought leadership while also listening and engaging others. Ability to persuade and the capability to implement real progress and widespread innovation.
  • Analytical thinking: Able to interpret data appropriately to analyze or direct/ engage with others as needed.
  • Industry Experience: Significant industry experience.
