Description

Do you have excellent fibre build, installation, fault fix and maintenance knowledge? Do you know what good looks like and pride yourself on high standards and quality engineering?

If so and you would like to share this approach and train the next generation of Gigaclear fibre engineers then this could be the role for you.

You don't necessarily have to bring previous Training experience - although this would be beneficial, as would experience or ability to evidence an understating of instructional design and content development for training.

What is important is:

In the field fibre knowledge fibre optic, FTTH, FTTP, design, survey, build, install, fix, maintenance
An ability to demonstrate how you would approach educating and training our engineers
A desire to pursue Training as a career
A passion for investing in others to help them achieve success in their role and career

You will become deeply involved in training the end-to-end process, identifying learning pathways and developing engaging content and skill-focused training modules.

This will include eLearning to instructor-led training for online and in-person delivery in the field, at our regional offices and designated training centres.

You would also be keen to spend time in the field with our engineers to help scope and develop the training, understanding the processes and challenges they face to ensure that training accurately meets their needs.
