Sales Administrator - Hybrid Working
Eseye is looking for a dynamic Sales Admin to join the busy UK Sales team based at the Guildford office The successful individual will provide administration support to the Sales Executives as well as customer order processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders for new and existing customers.
- Interface with customers to ensure sales ordering process is understood and runs smoothly.
- Create and amend data packages for all regions worldwide.
- Ensure correct pricing is applied to data package pricing. Check all packages with Business Operations.
- Ensure sales team follow the Sales Administration process and obtain all the relevant information to set up a new account and create a package for each customer/opportunity.
- Liaise with customers on behalf of sales reps where required.
- Answer all order telephone calls (route to correct person).
- Open and respond to sales tickets and enquires.
- Attend sales meetings and interdepartmental meetings.
- Support Sales team with required admin.
- Liaising with other Eseye internal functions to solve customer issues (invoicing/billing etc).
- Run and build reports on a weekly basis.
- Salesforce reporting and updating.
- Monthly and bi monthly meeting with finance, billing, professional services, customer success and Business ops.
- Managing customer accounts and liaising with customers.
- Updating client with new professional services projects.
- Responsible for updating Consultancy spreadsheet.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheet with new or amended SLAs/VPNs and confirming with Business Operations.
- Updating internal departments regarding new packages, billing and postpay.
- Updating and maintain internal spreadsheets across different internal departments.
Key Requirements
- Customer focus/customer first attitude (essential).
- Experience of interacting and liaising directly with customers, colleagues as well as senior management.
- 2 years' experience of working in a administrative position (sales admin experience is an advantage).
- Experience of liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Experience of using Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive and thinking outside the box approach.
- Experience of sales force (ideal but not essential).
- Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
