Description

Vibrant hard working person required to work approx 16 hours per week, shifts are from 3pm til 11pm on average 2 shifts per week and will include weekends.

Days worked will vary each week.

On occasion there may be day time shifts for Breakfast and lunches, generally these are from either 6.30 am until 3pm or 7.30am til 4pm at weekends.

Must be able to work on your own, or as part of a busy hospitality team.

We are willing to train the right applicant to cook breakfasts and help in the kitchen on busy restaurant shifts.

Some weeks there will be more hours available, depending on staff holiday etc

You will be expected to learn all sections of the hotel, ie bar, restaurant, kitchen, laundry etc. therefore must be aged 18 or over

The successful applicant will be required to work over the Christmas and New year period. No exceptions. This includes Christmas day and New Years day.
