Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - NQ+ (£28-40k OTE)

A specialists residential conveyancing firm providing a modern and highly professional customer orientated service for property sales, purchases and remortgages.

Due to continued growth qualified professionals are required at all levels from NQ through to Senior/Management level.

Your caseload will consist of carrying out all legal aspects on a wide range of residential property transactions covering leaseholds, freeholds, registeredproperties and unregistered properties.

Transactions will include purchases, sales, remortgages, auctions, new build, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity, lease extensions, deeds of variation andcomplex defective titles.

If you are highly organised, efficient and comfortable in managing issues effectively you will succeed and be very successful in this role.
