Advanced Ventilation Solutions (AVS) Ltd, a division of the RGM Group, are growing and are seeking enthusiastic and willing trainees to join our workshop in Ballynure, Co Antrim...

Main purpose of job role:


  • Provide a ductwork manufacture service to the AVS Ltd business

Reporting to a Workshop Craftsman the key tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow the instructions of designated Workshop Craftsman in the manufacture of various sheet metal components
  • Ensure work area is kept tidy
  • Proactive approach to H&S ensuring the safety of self and others is always paramount
  • Willingness to undertake development working towards becoming a Workshop Craftsman

Essential requirements for the role:


  • Good organisational skills and the ability to follow direction
  • Enthusiasm in the field of engineering and the drive to progress within the role
  • Flexibility to work overtime

Desirable requirements for the role:


  • Previous experience within a similar workshop based role
  • Attainment of relevant training
  • Fork Lift Licence

Salary is dependent on experience
