Are you looking for a part time role supporting key Treasury processes of a thriving Housing provider? Do you want to be part of a collaborative team, maintaining an already established function? Are you looking for flexibility in your niche area of work?

My client is a Housing provider in Surrey known for its excellent working culture and staff satisfaction.

They are recruiting for an Interim Part Time Treasury Manager to join on a 12-month fixed term contract with key responsibilities covering:

Ensuring a smooth day to day delivery of the Treasury function to ensure the organisation's activities have sufficient liquidity
Supporting the organisation's ability to execute its medium to long term plan by ensuring that cash flow reporting is accurate and up to date
Working in close conjunction with lenders, funders and banks to maintain strong relationships benefitting all parties
Completing routine monthly reporting for lenders and senior management.

This will be a superb opportunity for someone with experience managing a Treasury function in an asset-heavy environment who is looking for more flexibility and non-full time work.

To be considered, here are the criteria to meet:

Have substantial experience taking responsibility for the Treasury management of a complex organisation, ideally one with significant capital assets such as properties
Ideally be a fully qualified accountant or treasury professional
Have excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to manage complex lender relationships and senior stakeholder queries.
