FIND's client is a leading Education Trust who is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their high performing team
- one of the best Trusts in the UK.


Based near Croydon, the Senior Human Resources Advisor is a key member of the HR provision in the Trust, overseeing operational HR duties in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures.

This is a true HR Generalist role.

Key duties for the role include, but are not limited to

  • Oversight of all HR issues for one of the Trust's Schools.
  • Develop the people management ability across the school.
  • Recruitment
  • Appointment, contracts, employment checks.
  • Implement induction process for all staff and governors.
  • Personnel information recording and storage.
  • Oversight of absence monitoring.
  • Payroll and Pension oversight.
  • Staff training and development.
  • Holds CIPD Level 3 or
  • Has ideally worked in a school/ education setting.
  • Experience of working in an HR environment.
  • Knowledge of key HR processes.
  • HR system knowledge.
  • Experience of managing a payroll system.
