We are delighted to be assisting an ambitious and dynamic independent charity who are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant.

This is an exciting time to be joining our client as they approach a busy period where there will be plenty of opportunity to make a positive impact.


With large amounts of focus being placed on growth and future sustainability this is a chance to be part of a team that plays a key role in the commercial activity in the local community.


Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Accounts Assistant that challenges the norm and aims to implement improvements to the current financial infrastructure and build on their financial resources to encourage growth and enterprise.


Responsibilities:

Complete daily bank reconciliations for subsidiaries

Provide professional finance support to stakeholders

Complete month end reconciliations including preparing accruals and adjustments

Provide financial insight and information through accurate financial reporting


Skills/ Experience:

Proven experience performing financial reconciliations/analysis, and bank reconciliations

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills as well as financial reporting tools

Confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Be happy to work independently and use initiative to complete tasks
