Join us as an Innovation Technology Lead

In this key role, you'll be responsible for the technical delivery of a portfolio of innovative, highimpact products and features, in collaboration with a range of internal teams and bestinclass external partners
You'll lead the direction of our Innovation Technology strategy and develop the capabilities required to support the highquality delivery of nextgeneration products, services, and insights

What you'll do

In this role, you'll collaboratively deliver our innovation and partnerships agenda at pace and offer challenge on our technology standards, practices, and procedures.

You'll work with colleagues across our franchises, core technology, our innovation ecosystem, and partners to break down organisational barriers and boundaries, both internally and externally.

In addition, you'll be responsible for:

Informing and delivering our innovation technology strategy while supplying features by collaborating with internal and external partners
Developing endtoend innovation technology capabilities, activities, and services to enable the delivery of highimpact customer products
Collaborating closely with technology leaders, product owners and team members to identify and socialise product and delivery risks
Delivering our innovation and partnerships agenda across various locations, creating a bankwide community to connect and drive a 'one bank' innovation culture.

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience of leading a technology delivery organisation, including architectures, software, security, or DevOps engineers.
