Working in our new and exciting Café no day will ever be the same. You will work as part of a team to deliver a memorable experience for our customers.

Tasks are varied but include serving food and drink to the table, making the best quality tea and coffee, taking customers' orders at the till and maintaining our high standards of service.

As a Customer Assistant in our Café, you will be friendly and outgoing and have a passion for great customer service, however, with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customer with our warm northern welcome and creating magical experiences for our customers that makes them want to return time and time again.
