This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload in order to meet challenging deadlines.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Responsibility for the endtoend operational and/or invoicing processes for one or more products
  • Daily and weekly transaction volume reconciliations
  • Producing and checking of various reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Check control processes (transaction exports, invoices, direct debits etc.)
  • Management of data updates within various systems (Orbit, Sage X3 etc.)
  • Process control checking
  • Investigation and quick resolutions to queries.
  • Working to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
  • Improvement of the operational systems and processes
  • Drive solutions for problems that hold up processing.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external contacts

  • Keen eye for detail and problemsolving skills
  • Strong Excel skills (training will be provided where necessary)

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
