This 12-month industry placement within the High Performance team basedin Manchester (UK) where you will focus on the development and delivery of a global robust,transparent, scalable and digitized Competence Management framework for ProjectEntity.

Providing our organization withan overview of the skills we need, what we already have and critically thoseskills required for our successful future operation.

Stakeholder management,excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working withlarge volumes of data, and an eye for detail are all essential prerequisites.

We will provide you withopportunities to gain first-hand experience of what it is like to work indynamic organisation. The role will also allow you to engage in strategic andtactical problems shaping the future.

Your Profile


Youdo not have to have experience of Competency Management, we have a dedicatedteam to support your development and learning in this area.

Studying a Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or Sustainabilityrelated topicshouldprovide the basic foundation required. We will provide the environment to encourage innovation and a thrivingculture.

Keycompetences we are looking for are:

  • Excellentcommunication skills (verbal and written).
  • A good eye for detail
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • An excellent team player but also able to workindependently.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated to takeresponsibility for tasks and projects assigned to them.
  • Remaining openminded and flexible, whilstfocussed on delivering results.
  • Able to work with ambiguity, conduct researchand analyse data.
  • An ability to analyse information and solveproblems.
  • Effective at planning and delivering todeadlines.
  • Able to motivate and support others.

Your Responsibilities


As a Competence ManagementIntern, you will have the opportunity to support our organisation across avariety of projects within a global team.


During this time, you will:

  • Support the set up and delivery of a global Competence Management framework
  • Investigate tools to support the framework, ensuring it is fit for purpose, scalable, robust & secure
  • Provide guidance & support to business leaders, function owners and employees on this topic
