Senior Regulatory Reporting Accountant opportunity with global insurer based in the City.

This would suit either someone with an insurance industry background or someone trained ACA/ ACCA in a professional practice environment ideally a top 10 firm - insurance clients would be an advantage but also willing to consider someone who has had a widerfinancial services client base and interested in moving into insurance.

Training is available from a technical knowledge perspective along with the long term opportunity for advancement in this large business.

Salary up to 60k plus on target earnings bonus of 8k. plus benefits. 3 days office.

The role itself will be focused on Solvency II and regulatory reporting however;

The Hiring Manager was keen to stress the opportunity to get involved with other areas like becoming the SME for regulatory finance projects, financial statement work, data sourcing, working closely with the FP&A and Capital Forecasting teams as well aslots of interaction with the teams overseas and stakeholders.
