We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator or Project Manager with Ethernet or similar Telecoms Connectivity experience to join an established, friendly and growing team in this permanent role.
- Order and project manage B2B client's ethernet orders through to completion; working with some of the best-known names in the telecoms industry
- Be a key point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout their project, maintaining regular contact and providing timely updates throughout the project delivery
- Work closely with and manage telecoms service providers and 3rd parties to ensure timely deliveries
- Identify risks and take ownership for resolving issues that impact on the customer order, working collaboratively between departments and with telecoms service providers to resolve problems
- Be an instrumental, experienced member of the team ensuring smooth delivery of all projects
This is a full time permanent role working one to two days a week in the Hove office with the rest possible remotely.
