Description

Our well-established client based in Kettering are urgently seeking an Admin Assistant / Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, only working a four day week.

As the Admin Assistant / Accounts Administrator your duties are (but not limited to):

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and taking clear and concise messages
  • Liaising with customers
  • Receiving and processing orders from customers
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Booking goods in / out
  • Booking delivery vehicles for both goods in and goods out
  • Processing sales / purchase invoices using sage50

Skills and experience required for the role:

  • Experience held as an Admin Assistant / Accounts Administrator
  • Good attention to detail and production of high accuracy work levels
  • Having a confident, friendly and professional approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with Sage 50
