Description
Our well-established client based in Kettering are urgently seeking an Admin Assistant / Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, only working a four day week.
As the Admin Assistant / Accounts Administrator your duties are (but not limited to):- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and taking clear and concise messages
- Liaising with customers
- Receiving and processing orders from customers
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Booking goods in / out
- Booking delivery vehicles for both goods in and goods out
- Processing sales / purchase invoices using sage50
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Experience held as an Admin Assistant / Accounts Administrator
- Good attention to detail and production of high accuracy work levels
- Having a confident, friendly and professional approach
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working with Sage 50
