Customer Service & Administration - Healthcare Industry
Outline:
This is fantastic opportunity for someone to join an award-winning company, working from the UK Head Office, in a Customer Service and admin role.
A friendly team within a great organisation, you'll be looking after the bookings and admin for the field service engineers to carry out maintenance.

The Role:
- Working from the Head Office in the Sheffield area, speaking with clients and engineers across the UK
- It's vital to ensure all field based and virtual services are organised in a timely manner, ensuring efficiency through route optimisation to minimize travel and overnight days.
- Creating relevant work orders for field services required using company software, along with ordering maintenance kits etc.
- As part of a team, you'll providing support/cover for other schedulers, technical services administrator, helpdesk, etc based on customer need and in times of staff absence. (annual leave, sickness, etc.)
- Some general administration will be required.
- Full initial training will be provided with career outgoing development.
Package:
- Starting salary of £2123k basic (depending on experience)
- Salary review once fully trained in your role

The Ideal Person:
- Previous customer service and administration experience in a fast paced office environment is essential
- Ideally you'll have experience in bookings, scheduling or coordinating in a similar capacity, however this is not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role
- Strong IT skills, MS Office packages including Outlook, Word & Excel are vital, with experience of CRM etc being beneficial.
- A good customer service approach and attitude, with high integrity and an eye for detail, all very important skills for this role.
- An outgoing personality and a good collaborator, someone who works well in teams.
