Multrees are an investment services company who operate in the Financial Services sector.

An opportunity has arisen within the Tax Team for a Financial Operations Admin Apprentice. Multrees are a company who have supported many apprentices during their partnership with QA. They even won Employer of the Year at the 2023 Skills Development Scotland Apprenticeship Awards.

What will you be doing?

Managing and overseeing file transfers, reconciliation documents and associated controls
Ensuring Multrees are following basic compliance protocol
Maintain excel spreadsheets with relevant taxation info
Become a superuser of IM Security (internal system)

What qualities should you have?

Strong Communicator both verbal and written
Strong planning and organisational skills
Strong analytical and interpretative skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict time scales and targets, producing accurate work

Additional Information**:

Salary £16,500 per annum, your salary will be discussed upon completion of your apprenticeship.

Working hours

Monday
Friday, 9am 5pm

Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager.

They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
