Key Contracts Administrator, SOCOTEC, Thame**To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Water Hygiene team. We now have an exciting opportunity for a
Key Contracts Administrator to join the enthusiastic team supporting the department and to maintain the administration around Key Contracts.


Your challenge will include:


  • Monthly meetings, either via Teams or on site with our Key Contract clients
  • Updating and presenting monthly administration reports on our Key Contracts, demonstrating our performance on work schedules, invoicing and quotes
  • Communicating with our commercial sales team on all things Key Contract related to keep the Account Managers updated
  • Uploading Key Contracts to our system accurately
  • Tracking Key Contracts, including actions from meetings and margins
  • Upload documents to our portal system, and filing reports accurately
  • Finance tasks, such as invoicing contracts and looking in to disputed invoices
  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients
  • General administration support to the office and Management team

About you:


We are looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Communicative, organised, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude.


You must also have:

  • Strong, confident communication skills
  • Proactive and energetic attitude
  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Organisational skills
  • Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Have great investigative and problem solving skills
