About the Role:


Mill Road Surgery in Colchester is seeking a note summariser to work within their administrative support team, on a part time basis for 20 hours per week.

The role is offered on a job share basis, so days and times will be discussed at interview.

You will summarise and code this correspondence in order that it can clearly be seen on the patients record.

We use SystmOne for recording our clinical data and you will also be involved in summarising the past medical records of newly registered patients to the practice.


To be successful in this role you will require some knowledge of medical terminology and ideally previous experience in working in general practice.


The job role is shared so you will need to be able to work as part of a productive team but also be able to work by yourself when needed.
