As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our esteemed establishment, ensuring that our guests feel comfortable and satisfied during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
Change linens and make beds to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any repairs or maintenance requirements.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with guests.

Requirements:

Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently and independently, while also being a team player.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
