Typical responsibilities

User Management analyst role
Execute, manage and monitor requests to add, change, delete user access
Monitor user management SLAs
Provide feedback on user definition to Segment team
Manage leaver/joiner process
Perform role mapping for future backbone releases
Ensure segregation of duties are followed
Ensure DOA aligns with role and duties
Act as liaison to trainers

Ability to asses client and contractual requirements and translate them into solutions
Problem solving abilities
