  • 12 month Contract 3 days a week in the Office

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performance Monitoring and Management Reporting

  • Utilise SAP B1 to provide most management reporting needs to the business (from Sales by product to country P&L down to cost centre management)
  • Analysis and presentation to management of sales performance interrogating various data sources to be able to understand the sales performance, considering demand sales, inventory levels at wholesalers, parallel trade, price changes, and other factors
  • Analysis of P&L and cost activities and presentation to management.
  • Provide support to Commercial Leads on key month end close cycle activities, focused mainly on cost analysis and solving at source any errors in postings, but also looking at sales and COGS postings.
Commercial Business Planning Cycle

  • Provide support to CFL in running the business planning cycle, including maintaining databases and models to support an always up to date view of the business plan
  • Provide data and insight as appropriate to support business/financial planning in the field and head office including ad hoc analysis and brand planning
  • Submission of MLTP, budgets and forecasts in corporate consolidation tools and any other submission methodsBrand support Systems
  • Compile reporting and presentations for key meetings such as Disease Area Strategy Team (DAST), deputising for CFL as needed
  • Provide ad hoc support to the business users on SAP and proficient in running reports in SAP to assure and improve the quality of postings, and where necessary fix the issue or retrain users
  • Supporting and testing new financial tools through implementation and upgradesBehavioursGreat communication, coordination and alignment of activity

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Degree level education essential
  • Analytical aptitude
  • Ability to work on a broad range of activities
  • Positive, cando attitude, commitment and proactivity
  • Networking and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • IT competency including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Desire to learn and develop
  • Knowledge of/interest in pharmaceutical industry
  • Presentation skills
