Nanny Bears are a family and we will bend over backwards to do anything to help you just as we would expect you to do the same for us. - You will have the following experience, skills and attributes_
- Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in Childcare.
- Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
- Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework.
- Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice.
- Ideally previous experience in a similar role
- Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a closeknit family
- Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
- Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
