e're looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to work for our client.

They are a highly respected company in the field of air conditioning offering a wealth of experience at the disposal of new and existing customers.

The company have been supplying, installing, commissioning and maintaining air conditioning & HVAC systems.
They have an unrivalled reputation for quality and dedication to service where many of our competitors have failed.

All our Installation Engineers and support staff are directly employed highly trained and kept up to date with all current aspects of moderntechnology, environmental and health and safety issues.

If you can demonstrate a background in the service and maintenance of ac equipment then you could be perfect for our client and we'd love to see your CV.

Please note:
In this position you'll be needed to work some weekends, and occasionally some unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the reactive service / maintenance and repair of various manufacturer's commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems across the north west and occasionally nationwide
Undertake HVAC maintenance repair works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that the customer experiences small down time
Undertaking major and minor repair works and breakdowns
Diagnosing and reporting faults on systems and plant effectively to ensure managers can correctly quote remedial works to customer

Requirements:

A background in service and maintenance of AC equipment
Extra knowledge fault finding, both electrically and mechanically
Further background of attending planned and reactive callouts to air conditioning systems repairing defective equipment effectively or recommending remedial action as appropriate
An NVQ or C&G in air conditioning and refrigeration
Your F gas
Your PASMA
Able to build good customer relationships
Able to give technical advice to customers or other engineers
Able to work proactively and under own initiative
A full driving licence is needed for this role

The Package:

Basic salary: £33,000 £37,000 per annum
Overtime: Up to £10,000 per annum
Benefits include:
28 days annual leave

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
