FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant based in Aberdeen.

This is a contract position for approx. 3 months with the potential for extensions, working full time hours with Hybrid working available.

This is an entry-level role, working within our client's Treasury team.


Main duties include:

  • Processing employee personal expense claims
  • Processing company cred card expenses
  • Dealing with expense and credit card queries
  • Assist with the payment of employee expenses
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliations.
  • Analytical, organised, with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high quality work to strict deadlines.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, Navision, and Workday (Desirable)
  • Experience of working in a similar role (Desirable)

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Pay:
£11.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
