FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant based in Aberdeen.This is a contract position for approx. 3 months with the potential for extensions, working full time hours with Hybrid working available.
This is an entry-level role, working within our client's Treasury team.
Main duties include:
- Processing employee personal expense claims
- Processing company cred card expenses
- Dealing with expense and credit card queries
- Assist with the payment of employee expenses
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliations.
- Analytical, organised, with good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and deliver high quality work to strict deadlines.
- Experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, Navision, and Workday (Desirable)
- Experience of working in a similar role (Desirable)
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay:
£11.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
