Pay Rates:
£10.81 paye including holiday OR £12.10 umbrella per hour depending on skill and experience
Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Brief description of role
- Booking meetings via MS Teams on behalf of other members of staff
- Diary and calendar management and managing conflicting appointments
- Note taking in meetings
- Action follow up
- Working independently, sometimes from home or across multiple teams and managers
- MS Teams and Outlook
- Working as part of a team and liaising with members of Oxford Health Trust, including senior staff
- General admin support to the team
- Problem solving and using initiative
- Administration of Clinical Notes
Qualifications or IT skills required:
- Experiencing using MS Teams
- Experience using Outlook
- Experience using Microsoft Office programmes eg. Excel and Word
Essential Criteria:
- Good Communication skills
- Admin and organisational skills
- Microsoft Office skills, including MS Teams
- Confidence to work independently from home and prioritising work across multiple teams and managers
- Booking meetings with senior management and working with conflicting appointments
- Managing own workload
- Task list management, prioritisation
