A very well established and respected firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Devon who have been operating for over 20 years are looking for an organised, motivated individual with good interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour to join theirfriendly team in Honiton as an Office Manager.


With a salary of up to £35,000 - depending on experience, the Office Manager will provide proactive and professional support to the company in both an administrative and client facing way, undertaking a wide range of duties to facilitate the smooth runningof the office.


The Role:


  • Office Manager role
  • Salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience
  • Checking new business for accuracy
  • Uploading documentation to the back office system
  • Undertaking Smartsearch activity and reconciling fees from bank statements.
  • Processing financial admin, including producing advisor pay statements and monthly management figures as well as paying company bills.

Required skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience of working within a financial service setting
  • Experience of working with Intelligent Office (I/O) would be beneficial
