Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our team.

You will manage organising jobs for our teams on the road, liaising with clients to book jobs in, create documentation and deal with logistics for projects.

The role requires effective communication, technical proficiency and an ability to accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly within the given timeframe.

To succeed in the role, you must remain calm under pressure, be able to multi-task, and willing to lend a hand when needed.

A high level of accuracy and commitment is also required.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning the operator's jobs, ensuring the job and paperwork has been completed sufficiently
  • Support the operations team with any administration required
  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and enquiries
  • Managing and updating company databases
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence
  • Scheduling briefings and making travel arrangements
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and other departments or projects as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Communicate between the office departments, and clients
  • Dealing with daily queries, with quick solutions

Qualities:

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be keen to learn and to take on new things
  • Ability to multi task
  • Great time management skills, be able to prioritise and manage own job list

Job Types:

Salary:
£19,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
